Shipping policy
ELLEVETOTRE offers worldwide shipping on all orders.
Orders are processed Monday to Friday between 8:00–17:00 GMT and are typically shipped the following business day. Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 2–5 business days
- USA and the rest of the world: 10–15 business days
During busy periods, please allow an additional business day for your tracking information to update. If an item becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, you will be notified and fully refunded.
Upon receiving your order, please inspect the items within three (3) days and contact us if anything is missing, damaged, or incorrect. Minor variations and small imperfections are part of the handmade quality and unique character of certain products. If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend refusing the delivery or signing it as “Goods unchecked”.
